JXLQ-500 Crawler Mobile Double Hopper Wheel is suitable for stacking and loading and fetching loose materials in the storage yard in the industries of mining, coal, cement, municipal waste disposal, coking, large and medium-sized thermal power plants and metallurgical enterprises. Through conveyor belts, vehicles and other transportation equipment, the loose materials are transported into the storage yard or conveyed to the required location through conveyor belts. It is a kind of large and medium-sized loading and unloading equipment with high efficiency and continuous operation.

(1) High energy efficiency: for bulk materials, large continuous feeding capacity, wide working surface, high efficiency, rapid crawler travel and machine movement, saving
time.

(3) Low energy consumption: the total power of the equipment is 166KW, and the effective power is 127KW. With external 380 V AC, per kilowatt hour, calculated according to the local unit price of 1.5 yuan (local actual unit price), the mining cost per cubic meter is 0.381 yuan. Diesel generator sets with a power of 200KW, and it consumes 50L of oil per hour. According to the diesel calculation of 7 yuan / L, the mining cost per cubic meter is 0.7 yuan. Compared with traditional excavators, the same operating cost is reduced by 46%, and the procurement cost is reduced by 50%. One working capacity to replace 2-10 traditional excavators.

(6) Good reliability: the whole machine uses 380V AC / diesel generator set as the power source, motor, reducer, etc. using domestic brands, electrical control components, PLC, hydraulic system pump, valve using imported parts.

field working screen, remote control of equipment operation, remote monitoring of equipment operation data, equipment fault alarm maintenance, etc.
